General rules that apply to all play
Play is open only to registered account holders aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence for the games we offer and verify the age and identity of every account, so some features stay closed until verification is complete.
- One account per person. You may hold only one account with us. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them settled at our discretion.
- Your own play. Bets must be placed by you, from your own account, with funds you own.
- Real money and bonus balance. Where you hold both, the cashier shows which balance a stake comes from. Bonus funds follow the terms of the bonus they came from.
- Bets are final. Once a stake is confirmed and the round begins, it cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back.
- Stake limits. Minimum and maximum stakes differ by game and are shown in the game itself, along with any limits set on your account.
A started round cannot be undone
Check the stake shown in the game before you confirm it. If you are unsure, close the game, look at the amount in the cashier and start again.
How bets and spins are settled
Every game runs on our game server. The result recorded by the server is the result of the round and decides what is paid. Images, animations and sounds on your screen display that result; if your screen differs from the server record, the server record stands.
Each game carries its own rules, paytable and winning combinations, reachable from the help or information button inside the game. Those rules form part of these rules for that game.
- Your stake is taken from the balance shown when you confirm the round.
- The outcome is generated and recorded by the game server.
- Any win is calculated from the game's own paytable and credited to your balance.
- The round closes and is stored in the play history on your account.
Slots and other random games publish a theoretical return to player figure in their information screen. It describes the long-run return of the game across a very large number of rounds and does not predict the result of a single session.
Malfunctions, disconnections and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. Where a game, the game server or the link between them fails, the affected round and any pays arising from it are void and the stake is returned to the balance it came from.
- Interrupted rounds. If you lose your connection part way through a round, log back in and open the same game. An unfinished round either resumes where it stopped or settles automatically against the result held by the server.
- Rounds that cannot resume. The stake is returned, or the round is settled from the server record, as the game's own rules provide.
- Credits made in error. Amounts credited in error do not belong to you. We may correct the balance, and we ask that you tell us if you notice an obvious error.
- Games withdrawn mid-session. If a game is taken out of service, open rounds are settled or voided and stakes returned.
Closing the game window does not cancel a round. A round already sent to the server is settled whether the game is open on your screen or not.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit are offered on the terms published with the promotion and shown in your account. Those terms sit alongside these rules, and on any point about the bonus they apply.
- Wagering. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, shown with the offer and tracked in your account.
- Maximum bet. A maximum stake per round applies while a bonus is active. Higher stakes may cost you the bonus and anything won from it.
- Game contributions. Games count towards wagering at different rates and some are excluded, as set out with each offer.
- Order of play. Where both balances are available, the cashier shows which one is in use; bonus funds are normally spent first.
- Expiry. Unused bonus funds and free spins end at the time stated in the offer.
Seeking a guaranteed return from bonus funds, for example by covering opposite outcomes on a table game, is treated as bonus abuse under our Terms & Conditions.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are dealt by a dealer in a studio and run to the rules in the help panel at each table, which cover the betting positions, the payouts and what happens on a misdeal.
- Betting time. Each round has a betting window shown by the on-screen timer. Bets confirmed after it closes are not accepted into that round.
- Dealer decisions. The decision of the dealer, and of the studio supervisor where one is called, settles the round.
- Misdeals and irregularities. Where a card is exposed in error, a wheel result is invalid or equipment fails, the round is void and stakes are returned under the table's own rules.
- Inactivity. A table may release your seat after a period without a bet so that another player can use it.
- Conduct. Table chat is moderated, and we may withdraw chat or table access where it is used abusively.
Side bets and optional features work only as described at the table you are seated at, and limits apply per table rather than per account.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you think a round settled incorrectly, contact us before playing that game again, while the details are easy to trace. Write to support@casinojokabet.co.uk or use the live chat on the site with the following details.
- The game name as it appears in the lobby.
- The date and time of the round, with your time zone.
- The round or transaction reference from the play history in your account.
- The stake, the result shown to you and the result you expected.
We check the matter against the server records for that round, which are the records we rely on, and come back to you with what they show. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the complaints route in our Terms & Conditions sets out the next step, including the free alternative dispute resolution service open to you.
Keeping control of your play matters as much as the rules of a game. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude using the tools in your account, and free confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. GamStop lets you block yourself from participating online gambling sites in one step. Our games are for adults aged 18 or over.
